Save A Child’s Heart
London
N12 2GD
Save a Child’s Heart saves the lives of critically ill children suffering from heart disease in countries where access to paediatric heart care is limited or non-existent. Through bringing children to Israel for medical care, performing missions abroad, and training medical personnel, we are bringing hope to families, communities, and countries. As Israel’s preeminent humanitarian organisation, we are transforming paediatric cardiac care around the world. The children we treat and their caregivers are housed at the Children’s Home during their time in Israel. It is a warm place filled with laughter where often, the only common language is a smile.
Save a Child’s Heart has been dedicated to saving lives and repairing broken hearts for 30 years. During the ongoing war, Save a Child’s Heart has treated Israeli casualties and patients and supported the emergency, wartime needs of the Wolfson Medical Centre while continuing our lifesaving work of treating children with congenital heart disease around the globe.
We have stayed committed to our mission during these unprecedented times, knowing that we are the only hope for survival for children dying of heart disease in many countries In fact, we have now treated a total of 8,300 children from 74 countries since our founding, the latest being the Central African Republic.
Even in the face of conflict and uncertainty, our doctors and team have remained committed to their mission of saving lives. Their unwavering dedication and courage are truly inspiring.
